Blueberry Sauce

We ate it too fast to take photos. Frozen cheese blintzes, but we didn't have applesauce or sour cream in the house! We did have a cup of fresh blueberries, so I made a fresh blueberry sauce, cutting this recipe in half and adding a little water and a dusting of cornstarch. It was delicious and super-fast.
