Yum! Do you make your own kimchi?
This kimchi ramen is an instant package I got at Giant Food, so it's really just kimchi-flavored. I just dress it up with veggies and poach an egg in it and/or maybe add meat.
For real kimchi, which I have as a side dish or use for kimchi fried rice, I get the freshly made stuff at Super H Mart in Fairfax. VA. They make it from scratch with cabbage or tofu, or cucumbers, or other stuff.
I've also gotten frozen kimchi-filled potstickers at Super H and at Global Food in Woodbridge, VA.
