Tacos for Lunch

Lunch of fried plantains, beans & rice, duck carnitas taco, and pork al pastor taco; plus a Mexican Coke.

California Eatin'

We are in San José for a visit. Breakfast today was at Bill's Café. I had a Mexicali Eggs Benedict with pulled pork and salsa. To drink, I had a Michelada with Negro Modelo, tomato juice, tequila, lime, salt, and hot sauce.

Sardines Over Rice

Worldwide ingredient ls tonight. Canned Norwegian sardines coated with breadcrumbs and za'atar. Served over brown basmati rice mixed with sundried tomatoes. Zipped up with Bermudian sherry pepper sauce. Italian blood orange soda for my beverage.

What Was For Lunch Today

For lunch at Clyde's Tower Lodge today, I had a baker'a dozen Harpswell Flat oysters, a glass of crisp French Muscadet, and a cup of cream of crab soup.
