For dinner: sautéed bell pepper, red onion, garlic, prosciutto, and pecorino Romano with eggs.

Salmon

For our dinner tonight, I baked some skinless salmon at 425°F, topped by a mix of Passover mayonnaise and Dijon mustard with matzoh & olive oil crust. On the side were roasted little potatoes and quartered little onions.

Fish Dinner

Tonight's dinner was masa harinha-crusted sautéed Dover sole covered with wild mushrooms and onions. Pan deglazed with Savignon blanc. Kimchi and tomatoes on the side. Sauvignon blanc to drink.
