Fischbrötchen Mit Matjes

We went to Ikea and I bought matjes herring. I put it together with a brötchen from the Swiss Bakery, sliced onion, pickle slices, a beet egg, and a roasted red pepper. Sam Adams Winter Lager to drink! Fischbrötchen mit matjes! Sehr gut!

Today's Lunch: Make a Sour Face

Pickled herring, pickled beets, sour cream, rye toast, and two poached eggs. Limonata soda.

A Tasty Lunch

Herring, low fat sour cream, rye Wasa crackers, blueberries, and apple make a tasty lunch with a glass of iced tea.

A Light Supper

Herring in wine sauce, poached eggs with za'atar, rye toast, kalamata olives, carrots, and iced tea.
